Senate Bill 9 would strip away everything we know about single-family housing by allowing duplexes on single zoned lots. This bill would also allow for lot splits, without needing approval from local government.
One-Size-Fits-All housing solutions won’t work for California! We need to allow our local leaders to help determine what is best for each of our communities. The way #SB9 stands today, there is NO WAY I could support this bill!
